A souvenir from my trip to India. The nostril stud is a very common
nose decoration in India. Althoug piercing the nostril is associated with
traditional Indian medicine, it has become an international symbol of
rebellion against conservative thoughts, brought by the hippies that went
to India in the sixties. Nowadays the nostril stud is most popular in
camp culture. This makes it even more fun for me to wear in combination
with a nice working suit, a blouse and with classic glasses. Just to wander people and to make sure you remember me!
